Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to the Spektra website at spektra.fm and the inquiry form it hosts.

Who we are

Spektra is operated by Synchron Entertainment AB, a company registered in Sweden. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Synchron Entertainment AB is the data controller responsible for the personal information described here. What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us through our inquiry form. That is:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company or organisation
• The details of your inquiry and anything else you add to the message

We do not ask for special categories of data, and we ask that you do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

Why we collect it and our legal basis

We use the information you submit to read, respond to and qualify your inquiry, and to take the follow-up steps needed to discuss a possible engagement. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries about our work, together with your consent, which you give by choosing to submit the form. You are never obliged to contact us, and you can withdraw at any time by asking us to delete your details.

How your information is processed and stored

We use Resend, a third-party email provider, to deliver inquiry messages to us and to store the contact details attached to them. Resend acts as a processor on our behalf and handles your information under its own security and data protection commitments. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone other than the service providers needed to operate the inquiry process.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate, cookieless usage measurement, covering page views and interaction events such as button clicks and form submissions. It sets no cookies, stores no personal identifiers in your browser, and does not track visitors across other websites. This data is processed on our behalf by Vercel Inc. acting as a processor.

How long we keep it

We keep the information from your inquiry for as long as we need it to handle your request and any relationship that results from it. When it is no longer needed, we delete it. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will do so, unless we are required to keep them for a legal reason.

International transfers

Our email provider may process your information on servers located outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is carried out under appropriate safeguards designed to give your information a comparable level of protection to that required under European data protection law.

Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights over your personal information under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to:

• Access the information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Ask us to erase your information
• Receive your information in a portable format
• Object to our processing of your information

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Sweden, that authority is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, or IMY).
