Your rate.
You tell Spektra what you charge. If a brief cannot meet it, the team does not waste your time with it.
Your approval.
Nothing goes out under your name that you have not agreed and posted yourself.
Your content.
Your posts stay yours. Rights to your work are agreed per campaign, in writing, and paid for. Membership itself only lets Spektra list you as a member on its site and in its own marketing.
