The Distribution Blueprint

Start with the diagnosis, not the retainer.

Most distribution problems are diagnosed as content problems. The Blueprint establishes what you already own, where the attention actually is, and what stands between the two, before anyone commits to building anything.

Fee

Duration

Paid diagnostic with a defined end. No retainer commitment.

01 · What you get

Eight concrete outputs.

Deliverables, not a summary of activities. Everything below is handed over as work you can act on whether or not we run the next phase together.

01Asset inventory

Everything you already own that can carry attention, ranked by distribution potential rather than by how much it cost to make.

02Attention-system map

Where your audience actually spends time, which formats travel in those places, and who is currently getting the attention you want.

03Distribution gap diagnosis

The specific constraint between the asset and the audience. Usually not a content problem.

04Three evidence-backed opportunities

Each one tied to a real signal in your market, not a generic best practice.

05Prioritised 90-day roadmap

What to do first, what follows it, and what to deliberately leave alone until the first cycle reports back.

06Channel recommendations

The surfaces worth operating, the ones worth ignoring, and why the difference holds for your asset.

07Execution plan

Formats, cadence, ownership and the first production set, ready to run in-house or with us.

08Measurement boundary

One primary measure, one baseline, and an explicit statement of the highest level of evidence your instrumentation can actually support.

02 · The seven days

How the week runs.

Seven calendar days from kickoff to handover, assuming asset access and a decision owner are in place on day one.

Days 1-2Objective and baseline

We agree the commercial objective, the primary measure and what the current baseline actually is.

Days 3-5Asset and attention mapping

We inventory the assets, map the attention environment around your category, and locate the distribution gap.

Days 6-7Opportunities and first-cycle plan

We put three opportunities in front of you with the evidence behind them, then build the 90-day roadmap and the first cycle plan.

03 · Fit and inputs

Whether this is the right starting point.

The Blueprint is a diagnostic, so it is only useful when there is something real to diagnose and the capacity to act on the answer.

This fits when
  • You have a valuable product, story, catalogue or body of work
  • There is evidence that attention is below what the asset plausibly deserves
  • You have budget, rights and enough capacity to act on the answer
  • More attention serves a specific commercial objective, not visibility for its own sake
It is not the right call when
  • You want free ideas rather than a paid diagnostic
  • There is no identifiable objective yet
  • You are looking for paid media, which Spektra does not offer
What we need from you
  • The commercial objective the attention is meant to serve
  • Access to existing assets and to your channels, or the public links
  • A named decision owner who can validate facts and resolve strategic questions
  • Any constraints we should know about: rights, embargoes, approval chains
What we do not claim

No guaranteed reach, views, leads or revenue. The Blueprint states the highest level of evidence your instrumentation can actually support, and reach is reported as reach rather than as revenue.

04 · FAQ

What to know before we start.

The practical questions people ask before getting started.

No. An audit tells you what is wrong with what you have already done. The Blueprint establishes where the attention in your category actually is and what it would take to reach it, then gives you a prioritised plan for the next 90 days. It looks forward.

You get the roadmap, the channel recommendations and the execution plan as work you own. You can run it internally, hand it to another partner, or continue with us. There is no obligation attached to the Blueprint.

A free diagnostic is a sales exercise and gets scoped like one. Charging for it means we can spend the week on real research, and it means the recommendation is not shaped by what we would prefer to sell you afterwards.

No, and we will not imply otherwise. The Blueprint states the highest level of evidence your instrumentation can actually support and reports reach as reach. Nobody can guarantee views, leads or revenue from organic distribution.

Not necessarily. Existing assets make the first cycle faster, but part of the work is establishing what is worth making. What we do need is something valuable underneath: a product, story, catalogue or body of work.

No. Spektra does not offer paid advertising, media buying or ad-account management. We can review your paid performance as context and coordinate with your existing paid team, but the Blueprint is about organic distribution.

05 · Book a strategy session

Start with a Blueprint.

Tell us what you want to move, why it matters now, and which outcome would make the engagement valuable. If there is a fit, we will come back with a recommended starting point.

What qualifies
01A product, brand, story, release, or catalogue worth moving
02A defined commercial or audience objective
03Room to test different approaches and act on the response

If there is a fit, you hear back within 48 hours with a recommended starting point.
