Services · Distribution Engineering

The full system, operated.

The core engagement. You hand over one source and one objective, and Spektra runs the entire distribution system against it, accountable to the primary measure.

Distribution Engineering

Every other service is a named part of it. What is usually split between a strategist, a production team, a social manager and a reporting deck is run here by one team, against one objective, with nothing handed between vendors.

How it fits the system

This is the system. The operated loop describes the mechanism in full. One source becomes many angles and formats, routed across matched audiences and surfaces. Response decides the next wave. Distribution Engineering is that loop, run end to end on your behalf.

What this replaces

Paid media rents reach. Spektra does not buy or run media. Social management publishes to a schedule. Creator marketplaces buy one-off posts. Distribution Engineering operates a dedicated, adaptive system. One source becomes many angles and formats, routed across matched audiences. Response decides the next wave.

What you get

A distribution layer that works like dedicated infrastructure, not a media buy. New waves ship on a weekly cadence. The founders lead delivery, so the people reading the response are the people deciding what receives the next wave. Nothing is published to fill a calendar. Spektra does not claim automatic attribution and does not treat views as revenue.

What a first engagement looks like

One source, one objective, one primary measure, run as a 90-day signal cycle. The first cycle establishes which angles, audiences and surfaces produce usable signal before the programme widens. Most engagements start with the Distribution Blueprint: a fixed fee of $5,000 for a seven-day diagnostic that names the constraint before anyone commits to a programme.

What is included

When it applies

You will recognise at least one of these.

  • 01A launch that needs a distribution system, not a campaignmatch

What to know before you start.

The practical questions people ask before getting started.

Distribution Engineering helps a product, release, catalogue or story get seen, understood and remembered. Spektra adapts it for different audiences and formats, distributes it through an operated network and uses the response to decide what happens next.

Spektra works with people and organisations that have something worth distributing, and who need help getting it in front of the right people. That might be a product, release or catalogue, or a company, founder, public figure or body of IP. We work as a private B2B partner, not self-serve software.

There needs to be something real to work with, a clear reason to distribute it, and room to test and act on the response. We look for a product, release, catalogue or story with upside, a defined objective, and the budget and time to learn what works.

That is something we look at case by case. We can work from what you already have, or plan around its limits, and where it makes sense we help create and extend the material. The discovery call is where we work that out.

It depends on who needs to see it and what you want to achieve. We work where the audience already spends time, and that decides the platforms and the formats. No project is forced into the same plan.

We start with a discovery call, then agree a scope. The first cycle is 90 days. One thing to move, one objective, one main measure. It shows us which approaches are worth developing before we expand.

We measure what matters to the objective. That covers views, where people came from, saves, streams, follows, qualified traffic and leads. Attributed revenue is included where tracking supports it. Views tell us what was seen, not what it earned. The response helps decide what to do next.

We use platform analytics and the measure we agree at the start. We share the reporting with you. It shows what was observed and what was inferred.

Paid ads buy attention for a set budget. Social management keeps owned channels active. Spektra adapts the work and distributes it organically. It measures the response in one operated system. It can work alongside those channels, but it is not another version of them.

We agree the goal and main measure at the start. The first 90 days show what is getting a response. Which messages, which audiences, which platforms. We cannot promise a fixed number before we have run the first cycle.

Bring us what you want to distribute and what you want it to achieve, along with anything you already know about how people respond to it. We also need the access and approvals to understand the starting point.

Our minimum engagement is $25,000 per month. We set the final scope and total investment after a discovery call, based on what you want to distribute, the goal, the starting point and how much testing is needed. We set that floor from experience: work below it has not left enough room to test properly or to make a meaningful difference. Some teams already spend more than that on paid ads or sponsorships, and for them Spektra may fit the organic distribution layer.

We use the response to change what comes next. The messages, the audiences, the formats. The first cycle finds what is working. It decides what is worth scaling. It does not promise a fixed outcome.

We need to know what you own, or have permission to use. Where it can run, and for how long. You keep control of approvals. We work within the rights and claims you can stand behind.

Tell us what is not travelling.

Include the source, why it matters now, and what a meaningful response would look like. If there is a fit, we will come back with a recommended starting point.
